per LEY - Intimate is a six-month deep journey space for women who want to live and express who they truly are - inwardly and outwardly.
It is the most personal way of working together within per LEY.
Purpose
The purpose of Intimate is not to become someone new,
but to fully embody who you already are - in your inner life and in how you show up in the world.
This space supports:

outer coherence
grounded confidence
It is about living your femininity with honesty, presence, and ease.
Focus
The journey unfolds over six months,
with continuous work across the same core themes as per LEY – Journey.
Theme 1 – Self-Image
Understanding who you are beneath roles, expectations, and adaptations.
Theme 2 – Relationships
How you relate, where you adapt, and how you remain yourself with others.
Theme 3 – Partnership & Intimacy
Connection, closeness, sexuality, and being together without losing yourself.
Theme 4 – Body & Wellbeing
Listening to your body, understanding its signals, and restoring trust.
Theme 5 – Vocation & Money
Work, value, contribution, and financial reality - aligned with who you are.
Theme 6 – Meaning & Fulfilment
Integration of all areas into a coherent, lived sense of self.

Alongside the inner work, Intimate includes conscious support for how you express yourself outwardly.
This may include:
personal style and clothing choices
beauty and self-care

There is no template or ideal form.
All support is individual, grounded in your personality, needs, and life context.

How we work
Throughout the six months, we work in a close, steady rhythm.
2 live 1:1 sessions per week
Session length: 90 minutes
Sessions are reflective, responsive, and personal
Between sessions:
one voice message per day, focused on what is present
a supportive and clarifying voice response from me
In addition:
a short daily motivational message, connected to the current theme
This creates continuity, encouragement, and a sense of being accompanied.
